Viktoria, the youngest head chef in town, puts all her heart in the culinary craftwork ever since she was a little girl

After gaining experience abroad in restaurants in France and Germany, she decides to apply all of her passion and knowledge in the familiy's restaurant

 

with an diploma in the pâtisserie section of the kitchen, she keeps the balance between the traditional austrian cuisine as well as the creative fine food part.  With her dietary and nutritional training, she provides excellente help, in case you have to take you of your diet in a special way

 

Her parents Christa and Fritz (a very talented chef himself) are your hosts during lunch or dinner

The "senior-pearls" have a lot of stories to tell

Good drinks are as important as good food

Wines are served in Riedel wine glasses,

And Christa's lemonades with ingredients from her own garden and homemade cocktails are everything but average
