My cuisine philosophy: Cooking gives me the possibility to touch a person in a very positive emotional way without having to communicate directly. Cooking is a form of communication – visually and through a melange of flavours. It gives me the chance to awake memories to grant precious moments.

He is a chef himself! His highlight? The Habsburger wedding in 1993, he was the chef de cuisine!

You’ll find the perhaps most exlusive and smallest Chef’s table ever, in Viktoria’s kitchen. Check out the kitchen team, have a chat while the chef is preparing your meal and get that real home feeling. It is situated directly in the creative gourmet workshop (our kitchen) as we like to call it. Viktoria – the chef herself – will spoil you rotten. Remember it’s either dinner for one or maximum you and your love.
This means that singles are welcome at any time and will be spoiled by the chef herself. A “tasting” of the seasonal creative & traditional cuisine of our cooking superstar Viktoria is of course only possible by reservation. Fingerfoods, greetings from the kitchen, tickle your taste buds and enjoy fun and delicious entertainment alike. We are very proud of our award of 5/5 culinary crowns for our Chef’s Table in the „Feinspitz“ and of course also for our award in the “A la Carte” magazine. As the best newcomer, we were able to achieve the highest number of points awarded generally in Kufstein and surrounding area.

A surprise menu of a special kind, composed, prepared with love and served by Austria’s youngest chef, Viktoria Fahringer. Enjoy regional ingredients, fresh vegetables from our own allotment, meat from local farmers and game from the beautiful forrests around Viktoria’s Home. The dishes are served by the former Chef de Cuisine Fritz and his heart lady Christa Fahringer. Be seduced by delicious delicacies, convincing flavours and a balanced melange of delicate snacks. Our senior dream team are the best source of wine connossieurship. They will give you optional advice and therefore we guarantee a symphony of tastes for your palat.
